Preparation Instructions
Microwave Oven (800-1000W): Place 250g of frozen peas in a microwave-proof dish. Do not add water. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir and cook for a further 1 - 2 minutes. Drain and serve. Guideline only - cooking time will vary with make, model and age of microwave oven. Vegetables should be piping hot. Stove top: Add frozen peas to rapidly boiling water. Bring back to the boil again then simmer for approximately 2 minutes. Drain and serve.

Product must be cooked before use.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen. Store at -18°C or colder. Do not thaw before cooking. Do not refreeze once thawed.
